Qualification and experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Public Administration / Organizational Psychology / Management Sciences / Social Sciences or a related discipline.
•  Higher qualifications or professional certifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, or related areas such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent shall be an added advantage.
• Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in human resource management, organizational development, talent acquisition, people management, with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.Experience in major HR areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, or employee engagement in a structured organizational setting.Relevant experience in succession planning, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives is desirable.Prior experience in a government, semi-government, or public-sector organisation will be considered highly relevant
